Once your order is received, we will send you a digital preview of your Artistic Pet Portrait within 2-3 business days. Glass Pet Portraits have a longer preview period, typically ranging from 15 to 40 days, depending on the assignment schedule and the time required for meticulous handcrafting.
Upon receiving the preview, you have 24 hours to review and confirm your satisfaction. If no feedback is provided within this period, production will proceed as planned. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
- Standard delivery typically takes 8-15 business days from the date of shipment.
